This meetup is for people who are interested in dumpster-diving, freeganism, living simply, reducing consumption, and reducing their ecological footprint. Our activities may include dumpster-diving, recycling, sharing resources, growing food, and helping others. We gather informally at 7:30pm to share light refreshments (potluck style) and then around 8pm we run through some very ridiculous and freeing Laughter Yoga exercises which wrap up around 45 minutes later. We then mingle, clear up, and are out by 9:30pm. It is a great way to meet fun folks and let off steam : ) Note: no yoga mats are necessary, come as you are, all fitness levels are fine, be ready for some silliness!
